Ingredients
Aatukaal / Goat Legs- 4 Nos
Peppercorns - 2 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds - 2.5 Teaspoon
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic - 2 Nos
Shallots- 15 Nos
Tomato - 1 No
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt - To Taste
Sesame Oil - 1/2 Tablespoon
Coriander leaves- Little
Method
Wash the cleaned and cut goat legs few times and keep it ready
Bring about 3 - 4 cups of water to boil in a pressure cooker
Grind peppercorns, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, garlic and turmeric
powder to a coarse mixture. Finally add the shallots and grind it together

When the water starts to boil, add the goat legs and then add the

Then close the pressure cooker and cook it for 30 - 45 minutes in low
