Below are the exact measurements of the ingredients required

Coriander seeds - 1 Cup

Toor Dhal - 1 Cup

Peppercorn - 3/4 Cup

Cumin seeds - 1Cup

Red Chillies - 10 -12 Nos

Curry Leaves - A Handful

Fenugreek seeds - 2 Teaspoons

Asafoetida - 1 Tablespoon

Dry roast all the above listed ingredients separately one
after the other. Let it to cool and grind it to a coarse powder and store it in
airtight container.
