Ingredients
Mutton - 250 grams
Shallots - 15 Nos
Garlic - 4 Nos
Ginger - A small piece
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1.5 Tablespoons
Homemade Curry Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Sesame Oil - 3 Teaspoons
Cinnamon - A small Stick
Salt - To Taste
Method
Wash the mutton couple of times. In a pressure cooker, add mutton, 1 cup of water and salt,
Add crushed ginger and garlic,turmeric powder, little oil.
Close the lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
Transfer the cooked mutton to another vessel.
Heat the pressure cooker and add oil.
Once it is hot, add cinnamon stick. Then add the coarsely ground shallots.
When the onion is sauted well, add coriander and curry powder.
Add required salt, little water. Cook till the oil oozes out.

Add the cooked mutton to this. Mix well and pressure cook it for 1 whistle.
Tasty mutton kuzhambu is ready to serve.
