Idly Rice - 1 Cup
Channa Dhal - 1/2 Cup
Toor Dhal - 1/4 Cup
Urad Dhal - 1/4 Cup
Sago/ Javvarisi - 1 Tablespoon
Fenugreek seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Dried Red Chillies - 7
Shallots - 10 -12 Nos
Asafoetida - 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
Curry leaves - Little
Oil- As required
Salt - To Taste
