Coconut Poli is very delicious south Indian sweet recipes. In this coconut poli, I have used coconut and jaggery mixture as a filling. Other than coconut poli, paruppu poli can also be made in the same way but with different filling.

Coconut poli is mostly prepared during festivals or for some special occasions. The softness of the puran poli is based on the dough. So make sure you knead the poli dough for atleat 5 minutes and let it rest for 30 minutes before making poli. To prepare coconut poli in less time, the coconut jaggery filling can be made the previous day and can be refrigerated.
