For dough
Wheat flour - 2 Cups
Ravai / Semolina - 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Oil - 4 Tablespoons
Salt - A Pinch
Maida - 1 - 2 Tablespoons
For puran
Channa Dhal - 3/4 Cup
Powdered Jaggery - 3/4 Cup
Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Ghee - 2 Tablespoons
