Toor dhal and channa dhal are soaked, grounded along with some red chillies and then sauted well in oil which will be added to the cooked carrot and beans. This vegetable curry will be made during festival seasons and can be served in a lunch menu. Enjoy this homemade beans carrot usili with sambar rice, rasam rice or curd rice.
