பூண்டு பொடி or garlic podi is a multipurpose podi recipe.
It is very simple to take and a very healthy podi too. This garlic podi can be mixed with hot steamed rice with little ghee for better taste. This can be used as a normal idly podi. This garlic podi can be added to vegetable stir fries or poriyals. Adding this garlic flavoured spice powder to sundal recipes enhances the taste of the recipe. This homemade garlic podi will taste so good as store bought podi. You can make this and store it for up to two weeks and use it as and when it is required.
