Patna Pakoda Recipe | பட்டிணம் பக்கோடா | Round Pakodi | Tamil food corner

This interesting pakoda recipe is round in shape and is made using roasted gram flour and rice flour.

Ingredients

Roasted Gram flour - 1 Cup
Rice flour - 1/2 Cup
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped Garlic and Ginger - 1 Tablespoon
Chopped green chilly - 1 No
Chilli Powder  - 1 Teaspoon
Ghee - 1 Tablespoon
Cashew nuts - 10 Nos
Chopped Onion - 1 No
Curry Leaves - Little
Mint Leaves - Little
Baking Soda - A Pinch
Salt - To taste
Oil - For frying
